Long-time member, Alan Miller, will lead us through a description of his methods.

Alan S. Miller is a professional with over 35 years experience in residential and commercial building. A results-driven, creative leader with a solid record of accomplishments in the building line in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Since 1983, Alan, as president of ASM Builders and Developers, Inc., has built single-family homes in both Montgomery and Frederick Counties of Maryland. His areas of expertise included not only the construction of new homes, but research and land development as well. Alan has been involved in all aspects of the construction business easily transitioning into the home inspection profession in 2007. Alan's vast commercial construction experience spans more than 3 decades with some of the larger construction companies in both the local market and his native New York.
