"State Specific Code of Ethics and SOP compliance:"
"Pre-Inspection Agreements, Report Writing, and the Complaint Process
"

How do you ensure your pre-inspection agreement states what it needs to meet the standards of the State, the scope of the inspection for the client, and identify the correct standards of practice being used by the inspector? Uniformity of communication between the pre-inspection agreement and the contents of the inspection report is critical. Make sure your reports contain what they need to meet your standards of practice. How the complaint process works and recourse.
